6B Unit 5 The seasons(第一课时)

一、教学内容

牛津小学英语6B第五单元第一课时    B C

二、课时目标

  1.学生能听得懂、会说、会读,会写四个季节spring, summer, autumn, winter

  2.学生能听得懂、会说、会读与季节和气候相关的词汇

warm, cool, rainy, sunny, windy, snowy, cloudy

  3.学生能较为熟练地掌握新学句型的听, ,

Which season do you like best? I like

Why? Because its' I can

4.能用所学的知识来询问别人喜欢的季节及原因。

三、教学重点:

1.学生能听得懂、会说、会读,会写四个季节spring, summer, autumn, winter

  2.学生能听得懂、会说、会读与季节和气候相关的词汇

六、教学过程

一、组织教学

1、值日汇报,提高能力

2亲切问候,情感交流

   THello! Boys and girls.  

   THow are you today?   SI am fine. How are you ?

   TI am very well. Thank you.

二、谈话激趣,导入新课

   What a fine day, isn’t it?

   How do you feel? Do you feel cold? Do you feel hot?

   I don’t feel hot or cold. I feel warm. I like warm days. Because I can go out and do some exercise. Do you like doing exercise?   What can you do?   What do you like to do? Do you like watching TV? Do you like watching video?

(设计意图:与学生的谈话,自然地引入新课的单词教学内容)

三、教学新内容

1、激情入境,学习新知

Now here’s a video for you. Please watch carefully and think of what the video about. Watch it then answer.

(设计意图:以画和声引入,展示目标,直观有趣,营造出一种欢快、积极向上的课堂氛围。)

TeachThe seasons

How many seasons are there in a year? What are they?

Teachspring

Do you like spring? Why?   Teachwarm

Do you want to know about spring? Spring is very short. It’s warm. Sometimes it’s windy and rainy. What’s the weather like in spring?

Teach  rainy   windy 

Which season is after spring?  It’s summer.

Teachsummer 

Do you like summer? I don’t like summer. Because it’s summer, it’s too hot. But sometimes it’s couldy. People don’t like going out in the sun. But children like to go swimming.

Teachsunny  cloudy

Autumn is the best season, I think. It’s the harvest season. I like it better. Do you know why? Because it’s cool.

Teach autumn      cool     

Boys and girls, please guess, which season do I like best? I can tell you , I like winter best. Because it’s snowy, I can make snowmen and have snowball fights.

Teachwinter  snowy  make snowmen   have snowball fights

2设境激趣,整体感知

I like winter best,  Which season do you like best ?

I like … best.

Please ask each other. Ask some students.

Why? Because it's ….I can ….

设计意图:在实际生活的情景中进行句型的教学,是学生在轻松的环境下无拘无束地说英语,不知不觉地学英语。

四、操练巩固

1Look at the pictures and use these sentences to make a dialogue. Practice in groups

and Choose your favourite picture to act it out.(是他们积极地动闹、动口、大胆地说,不亦乐乎。从而使他们更好地巩固词汇和发挥团体合作精神。)

2Let’s chant.

3Ask them about their favourite season and ask them why.

(通过顺口溜,使学生清除疲劳增加记忆,并在歌谣的情景中学会用英语表达,

同时培养学生的创造力)

五、总结

Boys and girls ,It you want to know my favourite season, you can ask me

Which season do you like best?

I like winter best.

Why?

Because it’s snowy, I can make snowmen and have snowball fights. What about you?

I like

Why? Because it’s I can

(设计意图:不仅巩固新学的知识,而且使学生倍感课虽终,乐未尽。)

六、作业设计

1Copy the new words for 5times.

2Ask your friends about their favourite season, and ask them why.
